Perfectly Natural is committed to providing you with the highest quality natural and organic products and in order to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Our return policy is simple and convenient. If any product does not meet your expectations, just return it within 30 days of the date on the receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. The return package must include the items you wish to return with the original packaging, tags, and the copy of the receipt that came with your original purchase. Refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the purchase of the product, as soon as we receive the return shipment.

Shipping Policy
As an eco-conscious business, we recycle all the boxes and packaging materials that we receive in our store and reuse them for shipping. We encourage everyone to do their best to recycle.
Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours but may take 2-14 days to receive from the date of receipt. We currently ship only in the continental United States. Your order may ship from multiple locations and will be shipped separately. We will send you e-mail notification with details if that happens.
We are working very hard to keep items in stock, but sometimes products go on back order. In the case of delayed shipping, we will notify you and you can either wait for your items to arrive or cancel your order for a full refund.

Perfectly Natural has a simple beginning. My wife, Renee, and I started Perfectly Natural out of our love and respect for nature and the delicate earth. It is this passion that led us to a more eco-friendly lifestyle. Finding stores that shared our same environmental-consciousness was a difficult task. Initially, Internet shopping didn't provide us with the same shopping experience, but we soon learned the advantages of being able to provide consumers with invaluable environmental information and updates through an internet based platform. It was our goal to build a store that encompassed everything that we believe in: a bright and happy environment that provides the customer with a true sense of the merchandise, while offering in depth information about all of our products, and satisfying the need for great customer service. It was from this mission that Perfectly Natural was born.

It makes natural sense to reuse, reduce, and recycle, eat all natural and organic foods, use chemical free products, choose sustainable and renewable resources, and to support Fair Trade.
